It is not the Position that Creates a Leader. It is the Leader who creates the Position !

Some will take Responsibility and contribute only when they are in a Position whereas real Leaders let others to take up Challenges and Mentor them from behind. 

It is a rare character and cannot be found that easily !

If you have people with this attitude, your Business will surely keep hitting the Next Levels.

Otherwise sadly it will be a place of Position Lovers and you will witness the Downfall of Ego and the Blame game will be all over the Place . . .

You are on your own ! Though this is a profound statement and hard to digest, it is wise to accept the fact that your are on your own. If you research the process of how you were formed, you'll know that you are one successor among a million other competitors - If you know what i mean! And trust me, no one helped for that extra push to gain better swimming power and reach the ovary first :) God's grace is there with you. But if you do not do your part, you are not gonna make it there as the Bible says "A horse is prepared for the day of battle, but victory comes from the LORD". All the people around you can support you and back you up. Your Coach can Coach you; Your Mentor and guide you; Your Well- Wisher can wish you the best; Above all your family can support you and believe in you; But at the end of they day, you have to stand up and step up for what you wanna achieve. As the funny saying goes "No one can eat on your behalf", it is true that no one can take action on your behalf. Even if the world's best Coach is helping you, unless and until you take action, nothing will change. Mahatma Gandhi said "Be the Change you wanna see in the World". Yes, BE that kind of person you desire to be and shake the World. Do not sit and dream all day about what you wanna become. Go out there and make some progress for we know that there are no short cuts for Success. Let the history not say, you were a person with great Dreams; But let the next generation read, that you were a person with great actions !

Make Life Large . . .

Have you ever wondered or dared to ask such questions to yourself? -          Why were you born? -          What is that you want to give back to the world before you leave? -          What is the Purpose of your existence? -          If your life is not an accident, then what can it be? -          How can you make your life worth living?

Discovering the Purpose of your life will answer the Questions of Existence, Significance and its Intention. You will then understand the worth of your life and the impact you can create – if you are willing to create it. You won’t discover your life’s meaning by looking within yourself. You will have to come out of being self centred and look for how you can Make a Difference to the World out there! Some create a Big Dream or Destiny and think that’s their purpose in life. Watch yourself from being trapped by confusing your personal aspirations and your life’s purpose. Purpose should be the context for your Dream / personal aspirations and not vice versa. Dreams are created while Purpose has to be found. Dreams are achieved but Purpose is to be lived. Dreams are milestones - Once we reach there, we create the next one. But Purpose is like the theme for your Life and it exists in all points. A Dream is what you want to achieve in your life time - Purpose is what you want to gift to the world after your life time. Dream comes from doing and Purpose comes from Being. Take a minute to look around and you will find that so many people need you! Don’t stop there. Ask - what impact will I create in their lives if I act with Purpose? Well if you don’t get any empowering answers you may be having a disease of living life as it goes L If you don’t know your Purpose – Seek for it! Ask and it shall be open to you – Seek and you shall find it! The best way to discover the Purpose of an Invention is to ask the Creator to explain it. Start with God if you are too confused about your Purpose. But for sure you are not an accident and it is not by luck that you are alive today. Your life has a meaning . . . It is ironical to know even great leaders have failed to identify their purpose in life. It is more like a “Dog in the Manger”. Unless you know your purpose, your potentials will not be invested in the right direction. You may miserably fail in life by running behind short term goals and missing the Big Picture and the Race you were Born to Run for! So, discover your Purpose and Run your own Race . . . Don’t wait for the right time, right circumstance or the right opportunity. Act Now – The World needs u! If not you; then who? If not here; then where? If not now; then when?

DREAM. . . To Dream is to Dare And to Dare is to be Courageous! Courage is to walk alone Even when nobody follows you It is to give your all And then give some more.... Do you have a dream? Nothing is as real as a dream! A dream doesn’t make u sleep It gets you out of your sleep It gets you into action... All of us are destined for something What’s your destination? You can call it a purpose or a dream Even though dream is not real in the world It creates reality and becomes real in your world ... When you believe in your dream The world believes in you! When you share it to the world That’s when you breathe life into it! Don’t have a dream because you have to But have a dream coz you want to... A dream will influence what you are today And it’ll shift your actions, emotions, feelings and passions ! When you are inspired by your dream You inspire the world... A dream is not as small as you think And not as big as how you could imagine A dream will pull you out of your collar It’ll make you be what you thought you’d never be! Give life to your dream Give fuel to your actions! Do what you thought you’ll never do and Have what you thought you’d never have... A dream is bigger than the biggest challenge Harder than the hardest game and Tougher than the toughest war It’s a bloodless battle that needs ruthless commitment... Are you ready? Coz the world is waiting! Are you waiting for the world to take action? The world is waiting for you to take action... Make your first step and make every step a first step Have faith and jump into the unknown challenge The Almighty will be with you every step of the way ...
