Advice only sticks when it's built into the tools
I spent 15+ years as a management consultant and business coach, working with 300+ organisations on strategy, performance and growth. I kept running into the same problem: good advice doesn't stick unless it's built into the tools people use every day.
So I started building those tools myself. That became three production platforms: KPI Gamification, GROZO and GFI Hub, with AI agents inside them. I'm hands-on: I architect and ship the software myself, with AI agents as my engineering team.
I bring something most builders don't. I've sat in the boardroom with the people the software is for.
